I am having a problem with my tivo. Earlier this year TWC SE Wisconsin added the Big Ten Network, since then we had many changes with the Big Ten Network, most recently we had 2 Big Ten Channels, both labeled 527 (527 Big10HD, 527 BigWi) both ran identical programing (from what I could tell).
Last week we lost 527 Big10HD and only have 527 BigWi, however i channel surf I can't go beyond 527. In the program guide I can't go beyond 527. I can enter 530 (ESPN) and continue.
My question is this a tivo issue or a cable (cable card) issue? I know that if I call either they are probably going to blame the other. Anyone have similar issues?
Just a note 500 - 599 is our "HD" channels with TWC SE Wisconsin
