comcast sports net HD no longer shows up (cable card)

For the last 2 days, Comcast sports net HD has shown up as a grey screen, with no play control (can't go forward/back). I have a series 3 with 2 cable cards. I don't have a digital box so I can't test if it works normally through a digital box. The screen does not show the same message that the screen shows when I flip to an invalid channel ("Channel not available").

I tried comcast online support, and they said I need to contact the local office. So I guess I do that on Monday.

Anyone else have similar problems to this?

No problems here. Seems the they might need to "hit" your cable cards from the head end.
