HD Tivo is dead!?!

So i just got home a few mins a go, And I tied to turn on my Tivo. Nothing, unplug it for 60s still no go. So I look in the back and the fan is not spinning but I can hear the HDD.

Anything I can do? Just let it set or should I call best buy(What do I need for them to take a return?)?

What do you think you need for Best Buy to take a return? The receipt and it not be outside of the warranty period.

After 30 days, you cannot return it back to the store, warranty or not. Contact manufacturer, in this case tivo.
