Season Pass & Other options gone?

When I am going through the guide and see a show I want to record, I always choose the "season pass & other options" so I can choose the save until I delete option and then if there is a conflict I can go to "view other episodes".
Well now when I click on select I only get the record this episode option and the season pass and other options is not even there?
Why would this suddenly disappear? Is there a way I can fix this? Thanks :)

It would only disappear if the program that you selected is not condiser a Series by TiVo.

But I am not trying to put anything on season pass. When I hit select on any show (mostly movies) I have always had the option "season pass & other options" If that option is no longer there, I cannot choose to save until I delete, or if there is a conflict, I cannot go to "view other episodes" to see if I can record at another time when there is no conflict. That option has been there for years since I have had the series 2 tivo.
I don't know why this would have anything to do with it, but will mention it as this option disappeared at the same time.
I changed my phone service provider to now receive digital phone from my cable company. Because our area recently switched to having to dial an area code even form local numbers, I had tivo lead me through having to change my dial up number to include the area code. I had to do this because I received a message this morning saying " Program info will run out on Mon Oct 20th, connect to the tivo service. Since changing the area code it seems the tivo service is now able to connect again. But ever since doing that change with tivo this morning, I have now lost the "season pass & other options" which I can't imagine being without now.
It just doesn't make any sense to me???

Well after all this panic, all seems to be well again, my much needed option seems to have returned. Thanks :)
