How can you just view / scroll through your favorite channels? :confused:

When you set your Guide options to display only your Favorite channels, not only will your Guide display just your Favorite channels (quelle surprise!), but channel up and down will surf through your Fav's only too.

To set your Guide options: While viewing the Guide, press either the Info or Enter buttons to bring up the Guide Options. (There's a message on the bottom of the Guide to that effect.)

When surfing through your favorites, is it possible just to display the channel number?

No way to only display the channel number. There’s a way to change how long the channel banner displays under settings => display. You can also change the size for the channel banner by hitting the right arrow on the remote control pad when the channel banner is displayed.

So...what if I want to go to a channel that ISN'T my favorite?

TiVo has a really bad favorites implementation. I just want to cycle through my favorite channels, but be able to browse all my channels. Like...every favorites implementation ever. Just because a channel isn't one of my favorites doesn't mean I don't want to ever change to it or browse it.

Is there really no way to do that?
