Just got my tivo hooked up and everything working. Downloaded tivo desktop. PC can't find dvr. I put in correct access key # now what

If you go into the Server Properties of TiVo Desktop, does your TiVo appear on the Access Control tab?

On your TiVo, on the System Information screen, does the TiVoToGo line read "a,a,a"?

Try connecting to your TiVo through your web browser. Point it to https://{your TiVo IP address} and login with the username 'tivo' and your MAK as the password.
