Harmony's setup assistant doesn't recognize my Tivo 2 model number, which is TCD-649080. Maybe it's a Canadian thing, I dunno. So can someone give me a model number that might work?

Any Tivo model should work, except those made by Sony. All other Tivos use the same codes, although I'm not 100% sure about the Humax and DVD combo models. All standalone and DirecTV models use the same codes so just pick one and you should be fine. You do realize that you could also just teach the codes to the Harmony One, right?
