View Full Version : Season pass oddities: corruption

My Tivo's going strange and I'm wondering whether there's some corruption somewhere. For one season pass it repeatedly says it can't record because it's hit the keep at most limit, when there's nothing in Now Showing. It also still logs entries occasionally about not being able to record the X-Files, despite me deleting the season pass ages ago.

There's no logging about HD errors in the messages file, although I have had one recording stutter and cause problems. I'm unsure how to proceed. A friend suggests forcing the green screen of death and I've also thought about clearing programme data, etc. Does anyone have any better thoughts or suggestions?

With your seasoin pass that doesn't record, have you got any episodes in the NPL?

Nope, as I said in the original post. ;) It wouldn't be odd behaviour if there *were* episodes in NP. :)

If you have your Tivo networked and Tivoweb installed, you can do some testing and rummaging in Tivo's file system.
