Under Settings>Phone& Network>View network diagnostics, it shows that the Port configuration test failed. When I select Port configuration test from the menu it tells me "The DVR must connect to the TiVo service to receive the list of ports to test. Return to the Network Connection screen and select Connect to the TiVo service now. After the connection is complete, return to this screen to rerun the port configuration test."
I've done this more than once and the test still shows failed.
Is this normal?
