Tivo HD and tivo to go sound problems

I just got a new tivo hd and transferred some hd programs. The SD programs transferred fine. I thought the hd ones did too but when I play them on the computer the sound is messed up and I can't understand it. The SD ones have good sound. Anyone have any ideas? Judy

Maybe you need an ac3 filter for digital audio.
