I recently purchased a Tivo HD.
The buttons on the remote that came in the box seem really spongy compared to my other tivo remotes.
Also, it looks like there is a large space to the right of the volume button. I checked all my other remotes and did NOT see this same issue.
I ordered another remote from the Tivo store because I was selling a unit.
The remote that I received seems to exhibit the same result as the one that came in the box with the Tivo HD.
I don't get it. What did they change on the remote that causes this. It seems like the buttons get pushed down so much easier and farther into the remote. The volume button is pushed way to the right and there is a gap on both new remotes.
Did they change the design of the new remote?
Anyone else see the same thing? Please chime in. I don't like using the new remote at all.
