Can I move the access card from one receiver to the other?

Hello and thanks in advance for any help.

I have a DirecTivo in one room currently and two D10's in other rooms.

I picked up a used out of lease HR10-250 that I want to use to replace the D10 receiver in the spare room.

Can I simply take the card from the D10 and use it in the HR10-250 or must I call Directv for a new card?

Yes I bought it off E-bay but I am hoping that buying from a well rated seller that states "Out of lease" works in my favor.

I didn't learn about checking access cards / balances until just today.

You have to call DirecTV. Good luck with that.
