Using Tivo Desktop 2.6.2 auto-transfer on Windows XP SP2. Selected programs are showing up as expected in the "My TiVo Recordings" directory as .wmv files.
In Windows Media Player 11.0.521, the length always shows up as about five minutes, and fast-forward and rewind are disabled. The WMP timer stops at the five-minute mark, but playback continues through the end. They play OK otherwise, and if I transfer them back to the Tivo, they play normally.
Anybody else seen this? Are there alternative .wmv players that work better?
