* Today, we're secretly replacing Dr. Franklin's freshly ground coffee with the rich taste of Folger's Crystals. Let's see if he can tell the difference.
* Not a heavy arc episode, but still worthwhile. Franklin continues his enjoyment of stims, while G'Kar's replacement arrives and tries to get him to return to Narn.
* Londo is trying to get rid of Vir by "promoting" him to a post on Minbar. He seems to have succeeded.
* And we get the return of G'Kar's narnly chest!
* In lieu of G'Kar returning to Narn, his followers on Babylon 5 will have their families harassed and tortured. Yet when G'Kar moves to leave, they all pursuade him to stay, led by the Narn that Sheridan was abducted with in S2.
* Oh no, he's drawn the sword that must draw blood if unsheathed! Why do races always seem to have this rule? Why do the same races also have the loophole that says oh, if you cut yourself, it's cool. Now not only does he have a cut hand, but has to replace his glove as well.
* And now we have Dr. Franklin outright lying to Garibaldi about his stim use. I think it's safe to say he may have a problem. Maybe.

And why oh why do they always use the delicate, slow to heal, extremely painful, very important muscles on the inside of the palm? Almost anywhere else except maybe the face would be better. How about that nice fleshy area on the outside of the upper arm?
The "berserker" storyline feels like a time-filler, but I guess we can't begrudge JMS a few of those.

You know at first I thought it was a throwaway plot, but it's really similar to the Shadows methodology & motivations.

An interesting though middle of the road ep. Not much to say. I like T'Lon and am glad to see him back.

Ahh but you are going based on human anatomy. What's to say the Narn's have similar muscle structure to us?

I have a question for you guys, unrelated to this specific episode, but I wanted to make sure I caught everyone.
Next week I'm going on vacation, I'll have no computer access all week. We're doing 3 episodes a week, and I won't be here to post the threads.
So we have two options:
A) I post threads for all 3 episodes this Friday in addition to Friday's, meaning there will be 4 threads that day, or
B) Someone else steps up and posts the threads the days I normally would have.
Which would you guys prefer?

* And we get the return of G'Kar's narnly chest!
Should that be G'narly chest?
The probe plot was interesting but not riveting.
Franklin, my, my, my. Where is his stim usage going to take him.
And Londo, yes he is showing emotion and some regrets going down this dark path.
He is clearly concerned about Vir though.
Now it was nice to see Ta'lon again.
So what did he do for Sheriden?

Heh, that works, too. I was trying to play on "manly". Narnly.

Well, he helped keep G'kar from being shipped home...

My preference is for B: I'm willing to step up to the plate and get the threads started during your vacation.

The way they hold swords, for one thing. Where else are the muscles that are providing the movement of those fingers?
Okay, so I could go really overboard and invent some fantastically complex physiology in which the muscles are all on one side, but really...

Thanks! Go ahead and post next week's threads as the days come up.
