Football ran long for east coast customers (and Central I would assume).

60 minutes hasn't started yet, which puts it at 40+ minutes delayed.

Hopefully you've padded your recordings if you are recording anything from the Sunday primetime line-up.

Damn! It was very hot with a heat advisory on Sunday in Philly. It definately did not feel like fall.

It was fall according to CBS and they are jumping the gun on the seasons! Clicked the Tivo button to watch Big Brother and there is someone being interviewed on 60 minutes. Big Brother was over 44 minutes late. No harm last night since I recorded Cold Case and CSI Miami too but already saw those episodes. But fall will be upon us soon.

I suppose CBS is getting us primed for another fall/winter season of monitoring the eastern feed to ensure we get the full Sunday night line up TiVoed.

CBS just absolutely refuses to get with the program on sports over-runs. Personally I don't watch the network except for sports events, and even then I'd rather watch 'em on another network or just ignore them in most cases.

They could move 60 minutes to the 8pm hour officially and just fill the 7pm - 8pm hour with live news, or a sports wrap-up show (or maybe a combo of both), but that would be too easy and too confusing for the people that wouldn't be able to learn that 60 minutes had moved.

I honestly wouldn't have known that they had issues this past weekend but there was only one game on FOX in my area, so I flipped over to CBS to watch a little more football before the Sunday night game came on NBC. The game that was on happened to be exciting enough to keep watching, but if it had been a blow-out I'd have turned away and had no idea when the game ended and anything else on CBS started.

Nice for you. Would you like me to spoil all of the prime time programming that you have to wait 3 hours to watch 'live' in your time zone?
