Convert tivo files to Iphone

I want to convert Tivo files that I transfer to my PC. I downloaded Videora and have tried to convert the files. The program converts the program however when I try to play it in itunes the files looks like crap! Has anyone else had this problem? It looks like it is scrambled or something? Any ideas of ways other than Videora to convert Tivo files for free?

Try TiVoDesktop Plus. You may need an MPEG2 codec, which Desktop Plus comes with.

Before you can convert the file using Videora you have to decrypt it using something like DirstShow Dump, tivodecode or VideoReDo.
