View Full Version : WTF Cant' log in to Tivo.com

Okay, know it's early in the morning. Trying to log in to Tivo's website and it says that it doesn't recognize my email. What gives? Been using it for years.

Don't know what the problem was but had to reset my password.

Thursday night I couldn't log in. I got a 'no account found message' and called support. they did a password reset but that didn't help anything. Then I asked if there was anything going on with their system and the csr suddenly remembered that there was. So I waited a day and still couldn't log in. This time it was a password problem. The new password the csr sent didn't work and neither did my old one. I did a password reset again and all was fine.
