I'd imagine it will be similar to how the BB's facebook application works. A nice native interface for controlling your TiVo remotely.
I've been using my BB for several year to schedule recordings via TiVoWeb. The newer BBs will also play (suitably reencoded) video from the TiVo. I wonder if this will stream a la Slingbox?
