How do I set privacy status back to Out-Out?

Once I set my privacy to Opt-Default (I turned on Guru Guide to see what that was), there appears to be no way, either on-TiVo or online, to set my privacy status back to Opt-Out.

You have to call in.
And sometimes even that doesn't do it.
I'm set to Opt-In (and have been since I was part of something I can't discuss) and don't seem to be able to get out of that state.
