You may have to report a lineup issue to TiVo....

Your cable company may not have updated the lineup change with the company (can't remember the name right now) that provides TiVo with the lineups.

.....thanks for the reply..i will wait a few weeks and see what happens....i was not aware that tivo "reported" or the cable company reported to each other or similar.....
Yeah, with all of the lineups across the country it gets rather complicated. TiVo buys its guide data and/or lineups from Tribune (I think that is the company). Every so often something goes awry and someones lineup gets messed up.
It is possible this will resolve itself by itself, or someone else with your lineup will report the problem. The easiest thing to do is fill out the form, and TiVo should correct the lineup within a few days (or at least that is my understanding).
Just to be sure, you never received a TiVo message that your lineup changed and you did complete the process to re-do your lineup from the TiVo - Correct?

You can also check your lineup using this link...

Hit the "Change my Location" button, enter your zip code, then select your provider. See if zap2it has the incorrect lineup also.

If you cannot manually tune to a channel then TiVo changing it's lineup is not going to help. By any chance did you cable company change channel 48 to be digital? If so then you wouldn't be able to tune it.

Yeah. Verizon FIOS Philadelphia just did a HUGE channel lineup change and nothing is in the right place. Absolutely nothing. So I hope that TiVo recognizes that soon and fixes it :/ I usually get notices on one or two channel changes pretty fast but this one hasn't come through so far.
Here's hoping it's before next week. And I did put in a lineup change form.
