series 2 powercords same in single and dual tuner?

I am buying a friends tivo but he is having trouble finding the powercord. Will the one from my original single tuner series 2 work on his series 2 dual tuner? Are they the same?

As far as I know, TiVo has used the same style of power cord for all TiVos starting from the Series1 to the newest TiVoHD. I could use my Series1 TiVo's cord on my Series3 if I so wanted. :)

The connector itself on a TiVo is a polarized C8 (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/IEC_connector#C7_and_C8_Connectors).
