View Full Version : The Shield wrong times?

I am trying to record The Shield this week (just switched to Verizon Fios Monday)... It was in the guide as airing several times last night and each time there was something else on, "Big Momma's Family" movie, King of the Hill, or something else.

Tried to record today (with an odd time of 9:19 am - this was the time in the guide) and it was something else.

Both the Tivo and FIOS dvr seem to have similar guide data and are similarly confused.

I have not noticed a problem with any other recordings, just this one on FX.

I am indeed recording FXHD (that is what the bug says on the screen, so it isn't a matter of it recording a different channel but thinking it is FX).

This is for FIOS in Lynnwood, WA.

Any ideas?

There have been some problems with FiOS making changes to their channel lineups around the Country. Perhaps you are in the same fix: http://www.tivocommunity.com/tivo-vb/showthread.php?t=404289

I haven't thoroughly checked this out, but the odd start time the OP mentioned was probably supposed to be one of those weird three-minute episode recaps that fx has been throwing into the Shield mix, and which my SP has been picking up, and while fx is usually precise in their listings to reflect schedule slop, being just a little bit off with something that's only three minutes could result in getting something else entirely.
