My Toshiba dvd/tivo unit randomly (about 6 times) states it can not find the cable box that is attached.
The first time it took completely disconnecting all cables form both the cable box and the tivo to get it working again.
The last 3-4 times it has simple taken unplugging the Tivo unit and replugging it in.
Today, I have removed all cable for a few hours and reattached both individually and get them working, however if I get them both hooked up I get the Tivo with a message that it can not find the cable input.
Any thoughts, I am frustrated and might by a new Tivo.
