"Tennis" SP- US Open Men's final is 9/8, 5-8PM

Due to the rains over the weekend, the schedule got changed.

The Men's final will now be today (Monday 9/8/2008) on CBS (and CBS HD!), from 5PM to 8PM. It's worth 90 minute pad, IMHO. The schedule on my TiVo still lists the normal, local news programming.

If you're stuck away from your TiVo, both usopen.org and cbs.com will be streaming it live.

Since I don't watch Tennis I would not even know that the Tennis match was on so when I went to watch 60 minutes Tennis!!! I wanted to watch the Woodward interview. So I set the Tivo for Big Brother hoping that 60 minutes would be on later. Tennis went through about 50 minutes of the Big Brother timeslot.

Thankfully 60 minutes eventually came on but what about the Big Brother fans?

Did the winner of the women's match actually get over a million dollars as prize winnings? Wow!!! (I know a few school districts that could have used the money.)
