DL returns with new eps tonight after a Labor Day break. Due to a period where certain CBS shows caused regular reboots on my HR10s (which seems to have thankfully abated) I had a SP on each, and another on my HR20. While the HR20 is still intact (meaning Tribune is likely not to blame) both SP's on the HR10's claim no eps available.
Coincidence? I think hardly. Somebody in charge of this show changed something in the metadata that skunked my SPs. If you are a fan, I'd consider checking yours as well. I removed and restored both SPs, and all is well. Not the first time this has happened--been to this rodeo before, unfortunately.

There've been a number of such reports concerning the DirecTV TiVo receivers and season passes suddenly no longer working recently; I suspect DirecTV changed something that's the root cause of this.

Same here as of tonight. I also no longer have any guide data.
Any clues?

No problem here. BTW, are you still on 3.1.5?Yes and no. 3.1.5f on one, 6.3b on the other. Besides, since the manner in how Tribune data is handled is fundamentally the same as it was in 2000, I can't imagine that part of the code needing changes from version to version.

My question was just idle curiosity -- wouldn't expect it to cause your problem. Still no problem here in Tucson. (Other than the uncertainly of the start time depending on how KOLD handles the convention coverage.)

I've had this same SP problem with the same solution on a few shows in the past on my HR10 (6.4a), most recently NASCAR on TNT and IndyCar on ESPN-HD. Now I review my ToDo list about every couple weeks or so. I thought it was an issue with the guide data, but from your post, maybe not.

Try this: force a restart and wait a couple hours. It's worked for me in the past when the guide data wouldn't update. Then delete and restore all of your Season Passes.

Sometimes it definitely is the Tribune data, of that I'm convinced (or at least how Tivo interprets it). I have never been able to get a Dexter SP to work on either HR10 since I got Showtime, while it seems to be OK on my HR20.

I did restart and now have the guide data. BUT I also made sure my tuners were on 101 over night. My problem may be an issue with not seeing 119 well.

I keep seeing a lot of shows that are having incomplete guide data. Such as the Tennis channel will list "ATP Tennis" and nothing else. The HR21 doesn't record it since it says that it already has since they all have it even though it really is something different. There are others too. Don't they know a DVR is useless without good guide data? I don't recall this being a problem when I used the HR10-250 TiVo before. I hope they get this resolved.
