Equipment Changes VIA Online Account

I just looked at the demo at DirecTv for their online account, and heard a brief mention of making equipment changes

I have an existing Rca80 that I want to replace with an HR10

Will the online account allow me to move my current access card from the Rca80 over to, and activate in, the HR10?

Better to do it thru a CSR, so you can explain what you want done and not get hit with a $20.00 fee. remember to ask for $20.00 credit because you are leasing equipment without a access card because you will be using the access card from the equipment you are deactivating. Good Luck:)

CSR was able to marry the card from the dead Samsung to the used HR10-250 I bought a couple years ago and put in reserve (is at software 3.1 so I am now forcing it to call home to get 6.4a) and found when I made an account that the only equipment change you can make online is the location name of the DTivo box

I don't even see any way to put a unit out of service... which I am going to do with this HR10 just as soon as it updates to 6.4a (at least, now that it is on my account, adding it back if I need to will be a simpler call)
