HD DVR - Turn on TV, RCVR with one button?

Is there a way to have my Denon receiver and TV to turn on and off with one button?

I have the RC64 remote that comes with the HD DVR21.

The answer is no, on the white remotes the TV/DVR ON & OFF keys can only power on & off the TV and DVR.
