$5 per month discount for DirecTV users?

Within the past 4 weeks, someone posted a link to a DirecTV Customer Satisfaction Survey. Complete the survey and you got $5 off your bill for a few months. I can't find the link on DirecTV's site and can't find the original message on this forum. Anyone have a clue?
