Hi All,
Just like to say thanks for all the useful info on this forum. Last night I finally took the plunge and replaced my original 40GB Quantum fireball with a shiny new 250GB Seagate Barracuda.
I now have my Tivo up and running with 138 hours of High Quality recording space available instead of the 19 hours I previously had. I have also enabled Tivo Suggestions having done a complete reste of everything because Tivo is now MINE as the kids have access to SKY+ for their recordings.
Everything went smoothly apart from a "failed while loading series" message when doing the guided setup but a quich search of the forum helped me resolve that as well.
I have re-entered all but two of my season passes ( programs currently not on so couldnt find them in the TV guide) and now look forward to lots of extra programs to watch :)
