There appear to be multiple reasons for getting this message.
The one I ran into was one particular .tivo file. If the file was in the directory TiVo ToGo was publishing it (TiVo Desktop) would fail with the Element not found error.
The file was transferred to a TiVo using TiVo Desktop. It was then removed from the TiVo Desktop folder and served for a year or so using Gallean. It was then transferred to a machine with a relatively clean install of Windows XP Pro SP2 and TiVo Desktop 2.6.2. Unfortunately, TiVo Desktop 2.6.2 cannot handle the file.
Does anyone do QA on TiVo software products?
