tivo desktop plus 2.6.2 webvideo makes tivo reboot

Anyone else have this problem? also when this happens i get tivoserver error message on my computer. Seems like it happens on mtv news webcast.

I accidentally tried uploading an MKV file and before I figured out what was going on, Tivo had rebooted three times. Once I stopped the upload, Tivo stopped rebooting. I usually only upload AVI files. Tivo certainly did not like the MKV file. Are you using Windows XP Home SP3? I am hearing that version 2.6.2 doesn't like SP3? I have port failure errors on my TIVO and I cannot even open Tivo Desktop now & server won't run. Everything is F'd up all of a sudden. It was working fine for a while ... now ... nothing! I truly hate this software.
