Was curious if anyone had any suggestions about inconsistent auto transfers that I have set-up to transfer from my TivoHD to my PC. I am using Desktop 2.5.1.
The issue seems to happen most, sadly, on episodes of The Daily Show & the Colbert Report. I have them set to record on the TiVo with a manual time & channel set-up (versus a season pass, which tends to record all 3 reruns on any given day).
I found this threat, but am wondering if there are any other ideas out there.

The auto transfers seem to work for a week, then not work for 2 weeks, then work again for a week, etc. It usually works/not works on a weekly basis versus being intermittent on a daily basis.
I'm wondering if it could be a combination of two things: the meta data for these two shows tend to be funky -- sometimes they have show descriptions, sometimes they include guest names in the show title, etc. Also, I'm wondering if a newer version of Desktop would work better...
