2.6.2 Timeout Period Expired

I get an error every time I pause or resume tivo server 2.6.2
I also noticed it downloads the "plus" webcasts but never transfers them to the Tivo. The same thing happens with the auto transfer directories I added from itunes webcasts.
I have "plus" and have verified it is linked to my tivo account. I also verified the media access key is set.
Pytivo works fine by the way.
Tivo customer service says they don't know what I can do to get it to work.
Anyone know how to get refunds?

I get the same error message. Strangely, I also can no longer see my Tivo server from my Tivo. I have a Plus version also. Any ideas?

It appears to working great on my Vista machine, but Tivo's stopped seeing it. Didn't have any problems until last week. Not sure what has changed.

no clue yet, it is very strange as Tivo transfered one podcast today but not any of the others or another directory I picked for it to "watch". I see the mind connection timing out all the time.

A REALLY strange thing is that the day I updated to Windows XP service pack 3 it transferred EVERYTHING twice. Since that day, nothing but what I noted above.

Tivo customer service isn't helping me so i'm using this forum.

If you get anywhere with this let me know.
