Scientific Atlanta IPN330HD IR Code??

Hi,
I am trying to set up my TiVo with the Scientific Atlanta box (IPN330HD)through Telus TV. I cannot find a working code so the TiVo can control the cable box.
Has anyone found a way to fix this??

How do you have your TiVo set up to control the cable box? Serial cable, or IR blaster? If IR blaster, where did you position it? Are you sure it's working?

I am using the IR Blaster, as the cable box does not have a serial option. The IR Blaster is set-up in front of the sensor, about 1.5 inches away from the front panel. I have it set-up as recommended, but canoot find a functioning IR code.

10080 was created specifically for this model. You can enter the code manually by using the advanced IR settings (http://www.tivo.com/setupandsupport/technicalsupport/issueswithmydvr/Advanced_Troubleshooting_for_Channel_Changing_with_IR_Contro l.html)menu.

We discovered last night what the problem has been. SA IPN30HD's manual states that the IR sensor is located in the middle (between the record light and the menu buttons), but it is actually on the left-hand side between the power button and the Link indicator. We were trying for hours with the IR Blasters set-up in the wrong location. It is working fine now!!
