Tivo Desktop 2.6.2. On 2.6.1 I was having the problem that supposedly 2.6.2 fixes, i.e. some bigger transfers/conversions from the Desktop PC to my Tivo HD would not complete.
But with 2.6.2 I just get "Tivo Desktop: An operation on a socket could not be performed because the system lacked sufficient buffer space or because a queue was full."
This is on a Windows XP Pro system, running Desktop Plus, on a Dell 510 with 4GB of memory (3.5GB usable).
I have cleaned out my Tivo Folder so that there are fewer home movies in there, but I'm still having the same problem. I have uninstalled and reinstalled. I have rebooted. Happens quite quickly. I don't even need to start a transfer for the error to happen. When I walk up to the PC, there will be a stack of these popups waiting on the desktop for me, and Tivo Server will be dead (X'ed over and not visible on the Tivo HD).
Anybody else seeing this problem? I'd reinstall 2.6.1 if I could...
