The "America's Got Talent" broadcast on WNBC-TV is being pre-empted in the New York area by NFL preseason football (NY Giants vs. Detroit Lions.)

I guess that this is also happening in the Detroit area on WDIV-TV?

America's Got Talent will be shown at 3AM EST on Friday 8-8-08. My season pass picked this up.

I'm in New York City, and my To Do List indicated that Last Comic Standing would be shown at 10 PM last night, instead of it's usual time of 8 PM. (I started a thread on this earlier last night.) In fact, Last Comic Standing started at 3:04 AM this morning.

In trying to make sure I didn't miss Last Comic Standing, I used Live TV to check NBC a little after 10 PM last night. I saw that America's Got Talent was on. I don't follow that show, so I didn't think to post about it. BUT, if you happen to have both Last Comic Standing and America's Got Talent on Season Pass Manager, then I think you would have both shows recorded, with the titles switched in your Now Playing List.

Sorry about that (but not my fault.)

I tuned in and saw the Giants game actually ended at 10PM and America's Got Talent aired immediately afterward. I had set up a manual recording for 8-7-08 at 10PM and it did record although it is listed as 'NFL Preseason Football.'
