I purchased the upgrade to Desktop Plus (2.6.2) so I could convert shows for my Zune video player. After about 6 conversions, the software stops working. I talked with Tivo Support, and they had me uninstall Desktop 2.6.2, run the Cleaner program, reinstall, and I still have the same problem.
What else can I try?

Also - When it is working, if I select multiple shows for conversion, is there a way to see the list of shows it is going to convert so I know where it is in the conversion process?
