help with TWP?

my brother changed from Time Warner internet service which was earthlink to FIOS internet service, so I had to change my 2 DTivo receivers IP address to new ones, one 1 of my receivers I changed it through the Tivo's Phone Settings menu with no problems but on the other DTivo when I enter the new IP address for the receiver I get a message of "The server 192.168.1.xxx at 'TivoWebPlus-v2.1.b3' requires a user name and password" what is the username and password? how come the other receiver didn't ask for a user name and password when I entered the new IP address in my PC? thanks

Did you try rebooting that tivo?
If you have TWP2 set up to not require passwords on your LAN, a change of IP could trigger this. (not sure why it would on only 1... unless you added it, there shouldn't be a password on either of them)

I never thought to reboot the receiver, I did that today and everything is fine, thanks for the help :up::up::up:
