Great episode...nice to see them get his brother in on the action...its pretty obvious at this point that fiona isnt going to settle for not being michaels gf (IMO)...shes relentless...i wish they would put together a video clip of all of bruce campbells scenes where he has to make a distraction for michael...60% of the time they are hilarious every time...what did you guys think

Great episode. Really like how this season is progressing. They have taken it up a notch this season. Not over the top with the BN, just the right amount.

This is such a fun show. We need some handsome rich honest rugged type to fall for Fiona so that Michael has to figure out how he really feels about her.

i'm not very enamored with the "let's use the last 3 or 4 minutes of the show to further the season long arc" mechanism. didn't like it in supernatural, don't like it here.
other than that i love this show.

I really enjoyed this episode. Though, I couldn't help but feel bad for the Russian guy that Michael conned. I mean, I know he was total scum but the way Michael completely fooled him was a little sad!

An Armani suit isn't exactly cheap. Half the time he isn't accepting his fee for services rendered to his clients. How is he affording Armani suits?
If he keeps going undercover and conning drug cartels, Russian mafia types, etc, he's going to have a large percentage of Miami's criminal element looking for him. He isn't going out of his way to stay inconspicuous. I've always wondered why there are never repercussions from Michael 'winning'. It's not like the only bad guys in the organization are the those that Michael deals with.

I am not an expert in fashion but I have only seen him in that one Armani suit that he has worn since the pilot. He might have only that one.

I also kind of felt sorry for the Russian guy but it wasn't that hard to remind myself, hey, remember what this guy does for a living. But I guess it's a bit of Stockholm Syndrome affecting us.

Somebody here mentioned how they have changed Sam's look and I totally see it now. Much darker hair, no scruffy face with grey, and dressed better.

There was a bar scene where you could see two HOTTIES holding hands walking thru the bar. Didn't see the faces, but the bodies rocked.
Must be a great town.
Anyone notice that Fionas accent is dramatically toned down since last year. In the opening of the show she says 'Miami' in a very strong accent, it is mostly gone in the current season.

Her Irish accent was so atrocious, they ditched it early in the first season (and explained it in the show, although I can't remember how).

Unless you have the same physique, it would be wasted. Whoever said clothes made the man never saw a great suit on an unfit body. Having said that, tailoring not brand is probably more important than anything.

She explained it that now that she was in Miami she needed a more native accent as to not stick out. They ditched the accent on the second episode of the first season.
No, I don't have a problem with watching too much TV. I really don't!

I thought this episode was finally back to the tone of the ones last year. There was someting off about the season premier, and to a lesser extent the second episode, but this one was back to being spot-on.
Her Irish accent was so atrocious, they ditched it early in the first season (and explained it in the show, although I can't remember how).
If I remember, she said that she couldn't stay in Miami and keep talking like a leprechaun.
His brother belted him one good, just for reality sake. I wonder if the broken ribs were payback?
That Russian was really into "goin' in guns a-blazin'" to get her sister. Likely would have gotten her sister killed, but entertaining.
I loved the look on the bureaucrat's face when Sam waved the badge and said he was DEA.

How come nobody on tv ever asks to take a closer look at the badge/i.d. when somebody either waves it in their face or covers up a sizable portion of it with his hand?
An Armani suit isn't exactly cheap. Half the time he isn't accepting his fee for services rendered to his clients. How is he affording Armani suits?
Forget Armani suits, I've been wondering how he affords things like food. He seems to spend every episode helping victims who can't afford to pay him.

You're right about tailoring. Being out of shape doesn't mean the suit is wasted, but it makes it all the more important that it's well tailored.

My guess is because 99.9% of the time when someone shows you a badge, it's legit, and getting picky about it is likely going to come across as hostile or aggressive at a time you're hoping for a bit of forgiveness. Of course, the TV shows are usually showing us the other 0.1%.

His character on Mad About You was a little weasely but mostly just amusingly clueless.
