Lack of HD Channels in Santa Cruz, CA

Has anyone heard anything about if/when Comcast in Santa Cruz, CA is going to upgrade their system? The number of HD channels is anemic compared to other offerings, but my wagon (Series 3 w/Comcast cards) is tied to Comcast for now.
