I have Tivo HD 9.3 software. Ever since we've had the unit there have been audio drops at least once every hour lasting about 3-4 seconds at a time. Tell me this is not the most annoying thing ever! I've called customer support and they said they are working on a fix for this. Does anyone else have this problem? Does the new software update address this? I have 88-90 signal strength and -34 SnR. I've been told this is above average / perfect. I don't understand, what is the problem here? Don't get me wrong, Tivo has the best OS and interface ever, hand down. But what does all that matter if you can't enjoy the programs without audio drops, pixelation, freezing, and speedy video playback ahead of the audio?
