Wolverine is finished. Also, per the NDA, you are not supposed to publicly post info regarding it...;)

He doesn't seem to have any info to give. He's asking for some.

Might have something to do with this toy, however. - Pure speculation on my part.

Surrealone just curious - did you sign a non-disclosure agreement. Nevermind - I suspect that if you did you aren't supposed to say so.
(But then if you didn't nothing stopping you from saying that:) )

Unless he joined the beta and agreed to the NDA he can talk all he wants about it, they can't enforce an NDA by just sending someone an email.

Of course that won't stop them from removing this person from their beta pool :)

You don't get the e-mail to participate unless you previously signed up to do it - at which time the terms were clearly spelled out.

Sorry...not trying to be a downer...just pointing out the rules.

Surrealone - PM sent.

Not that there are any (other) betas but TiVo has been known to name their betas after animals.

well since an NDA would mean you could keep quiet about things then this thread would clearly demonstrate those that are not exhibiting that quality.

Is it possible to request to be added to the "general" beta testing group? I would like to allow Tivo to use my TivoHD as a sandbox for software updates and receive notices about other software I can try out.

You can sign up for beta testing at the following URL. That will put you in the beta "pool" that TiVo picks from. There's no guarantees that you'll be picked, but you'll at least be in the running.

J4yDubs : Awesome. You answered my question perfectly without snark. I wish everyone else on the forum was more like you.
