I've been having problems linking to my account using Vista, but it's not Vista because my laptop can link just fine. I used the Tivo Cleaner to remove the program, but it states that it doesn't remove the media access key and the tivo desktop plus key. I want to find where these are in windows and remove them so that I can re-add them which may get my software working properly.
Can anyone tell me where these are located? I assume they are in a Windows system folder or a hidden folder.

They are in the registry.
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\TiVo\SharingKeys\TiVoToGo Media
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\TiVo\SharingKeys\TiVoToGo Metadata
What exactly is not working for you?

I swear I want to burn my desktop computer and spread its ashes on Lake Michigan. But I digest... :)
I've written about this in another thread, but I cannot link my desktop with my Tivo account. It's not even trying to connect; it just goes to "Unable to link to your tivo account." I thought resetting these keys would do it; it didn't.
