WBKI Louisville, Hi Def Video glitches?

I'm hoping someone else here watches WBKI in Louisville, KY. Particularly their HD programing. If you do, have you seen this glitch? For months I have noticed a stutter or slight pause in video. Only the video, not the audio. It only stops for about 1/2 second but it's enough to be annoying. I am receiving their signal OTA.

I've seen the glitch only on the HD format programming. These shows in particular:

Reaper
Smallville
Friday Night Smackdown!

Has anyone else seen this? If so, are you watching via OTA or Cable?

What are you using to tune the channel, and have you considered re-aiming your antenna?

I'm split the signal to the TiVo HD and my TV. The glitch appears on both. The antenna is pointed as close to directly at the tower as I can manage using a compass and google earth.

That's why I started this thread. I was hoping to find out if anyone else in the area was seeing this glitch or if it is my equipment. If others post the same problem I can pretty much rule out my stuff altogether.
