folders disappear, how to get them back?

Somehow all folders (to hold my shows of season pass) disappear on my THD. Don;t know how this happened. I reboot a few times, no change. How can I get the folder feature back?

When in the Now Playing List, press 2.

(You can also press 1 to toggle between sorting alphabetically or by date)

You should also be able to set these options using the ENTER key while in Now Playing. Of course, the 1 and 2 buttons are easier....
