my tivo deleted about five of my channels but they still are on my cable companies line up anyone ever have this problem and if so how do you fix it thanks

Do you mean your TiVo "thinks" your channel lineup has changed, but it really hasn't?
Sometimes that happens when the cable company sends a change notice to the Tribune company (which provides TiVo with programming info), but then doesn't actually change their lineup.
Sometimes the cable company may intend to change their lineup on a certain date, but ends up not doing it at all, or maybe not doing it until a couple weeks later.
If you feel the change is for no reason at all, it could just be a mixup, and you can notify TiVo.
