no audio for channels over 100?

HI all, I am new to the forums, but have had tivo for years. I just moved and decided on digital cable.
I tried and FINALLY was able to hook up tivo to the digital cable box, but now I can only get video and audio for channels 1-99. I get only video for channels over 100. Does this make any sense? I can't imagine what I am doing wrong.
I am hooked up with Serial vs. IF. Please help. Thanks all!

Serial vs. IR (which I assume you meant) is not relevant, but you might want to look at the actual A/V (specifically, A) hookups between the STB and the TiVo. Wild guess, you only have composite (or s-video?) video connected, and not audio. (And you're getting 1-99 OK because the TiVo is still using its own tuner for those.)
