TTG on Two PC's

Can i run TTG on two computers on the same network and access them both from a tivo HD S3

TTG works fine on my standard PC but I cannot see it on my new vista PC form the S3

Yes. I have TiVo Desktop on a desktop and a laptop.

As far as why your new computer won't recognize your TiVo, have you rebooted the TiVo?

Maybe the firewall is blocking it.

You need to have at least one Tivo recording on your computer to see it on the Tivo NPL.

yep did all of that my vista PC though is accessing two networks (via wireless and via hard line) that looks to be the problem
