Hello,

I have recently bought a Dish Network receiver. It has never been activated and would like to know how to program it in order to watch tv without paying a membership to dish network. Please help me out, by letting me know how to do that step by step.Thanks

I think that you have posted in the wrong forum.

1) Your question has nothing to do with TiVo

2) You are asking for help in an illegal activity.

You should probably try mlb.com where illegal activities are discussed all the time.

Like TiVo, Dishnetwork is a not club you obtain a membership, but a service you subscribe to.

To watch some sort of TV, just set up the receiver with your dish. You will get a couple of free channels, such as NASA TV (which I have an unsubbed Dishnet setup specifically for). To get the pay stuff, well, you have to pay for it.
