View Full Version : Can't see live TV - "No information available"

I am reconnecting one of my Tivos after repair - a Toshiba Series 2. Everything appears to be working as it should. I can connect to the Tivo service; the Toshiba is visible on my network; I can transfer shows to and from my other Tivo. The only problem is that I can't see live TV. I get the message "No information available", and then the message "Searching for signal" stays on the screen. I have restarted several times and connected to the Tivo service several times. Any advice will be appreciated.

Problem solved - I had to go back to the beginning and start setup from scratch.
